B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - pistachios
L - protein shake (30g)
S - leftover Chinese food
S - pistachios
D - fish nuggets
S - small glass of wine
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

Hi everybody. It's been a while but I am feeling better and I am going to try and track my bites and exercytes.
I've been a little lax on my menus and need to get back to basics and I'm just starting some exercise so I thought
this would be a good place to start back up. I still can't do anything on my feet so I'm looking to add other things.

Bites (Still pushing to goal - currently 245 headed to 220. 18 months out)
B - protein shake (24)
B2- Eggs and cheese (25)
L - cottage cheese, sunflower seeds (16)
S - chocolate chunk quest bar (20)
S2 - protein shake (24) 
D - Fish sticks (50?)
S - Maybe some Sun Chips

Exercites
Dumbbells - 2 5 minute sessions.

Situps and stretches tomorrow.
