Arghhh!! Why did I have to come back from holiday!! Work's not going well and playing catch up is somewhat crazy... stuff that should've been dealt with while I was off hasn't been!!
Anyways, I should get my protein higher tomorrow... I know carbs could be a lot lower, but protein higher is my first goal as I'm a carb addict!!

Bites:
B-protein shake

S - pepperoni slices
L- Chicken soup - 1.5 bowls

S - cottage cheese and crackers
D - chicken and carrots w/sour cream - sweet potato
S - 8 chocolate chip cookies
Too much time on my hands today. Ate more often than I should have but not too bad on the choices.

Thanks Huneypie for the kind words. I still learn so much from the boards and discussions too
so I'm glad to help when I can. Except for those times that I confuse the issue even more.
Gina, I feel like one of those movies where the addicted person is looking all over the house for
their vice of choice. Actually I've been doing OK with my shopping trips lately as far as sweets go
but I was looking through my freezer for soup meat, opened up one bag and lo and behold a
forgotten stash of cookies. I was happy that I had forgotten it's existence and sorry that I knew
I wouldn't be able to do that again soon. Luckily they never taste as good as I remember.....
