Hi Gina I just wanted to share what was going on at work 90% of the girls are now dieting lol, they all made fun of me when I was taking care of myself this last year, now they have all changed there attitudes. Some had dr, scares about there health others can't fit into there clothes, and another one has a boyfriend that she is supporting by doing this. Yet I have little interest in being part of this trend. I am really surprised at how my head has changed from the diet thinking, I still weigh myself every morning, but I like what I see in the mirror and yet my eating could be better. Is something wrong with me???

Must be fall. I made chicken soup with plenty left over for the freezer. Maybe beef soup next weekend.

B - Protein shake
S - crackers
L - rotissiere chicken
S chicken soup with a wing
D Chicken soup with a thigh

Chicken soup had plenty of carrots, corn, celery, some onion, and lima beans.

Not so bad today although I always feel as if I'm not as able to track things like soup. I should
have skipped the crackers (wheat thin multigrain) but it's good to have something carby once in a while.

Exercites were going up and down to my basement for washing and installing the back storm door. Not quite
what I had in mind but better than jus****ching football all day.

Have a great week everybody. I do much better tracking on week days.

Soups and stews are sounding wonderful this time of year.
