5 years
I had the DS five years ago yesterday by Dr Dennis Smith in Marietta GA. I lost down from a size 3x to a size two, had a ten pound bounce back and stayed a size 4 (I threw out my scale****il this summer. I had a crappy summer and got way off track with my eating and have had a pretty big regain. Today I have gotten back on track. I got rid of the carbs in the house and stocked up on protein and I figure by Christmas I will be back in my clothes. It will be interesting to see how hard or easy it will be to loose at 5 years out. I plan to hang out here as the support of the people on here is what helped me be so successful in the first place.
It feels good to be back.

Welcome back....so happy to see you! In reading back posts, I have seen you lose a little regain before! I do not think it will be a problem at all for you to get this off. It is so easy to get off track & let the carb monster back in. I really need to watch all of the fall 'goodies'...or should I say 'badies'. I reached goal at 18 months out & have stayed the same since then give or take 2 lbs. I can only hope to maintain for 5 years. Even with a bit of a regain you have done great!
