Hello everyone,
Bites:
I tried something different today
B: I made a strawberry protein shake with 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup water, handful of frozen strawberries and 2 scoop of protein powder - so drank the two glasses
S: coffee and a lemon loaf slice
L: I made a chocolate protein shake with 1 cup of chocolate almond milk, 1 cup water, 1 banana, 1 tbsp pb and some ice, which made just over 2 cups of protein shakes
S: a few chips and gummy type candy
D: few pieces of kobassa and cheese, cracker and pickles
S: piece of pizza - on way home from work at 11pm - first time I felt hungry all day.
-really cut back on snacking today, the portions were very small. the shakes really filled me up. But that is like 4 shakes in a day and that seemed like a lot.
Vites: all in
Exercites: 45 min aquasize

And Noreen they don't sell Syntax at my protein store - sad face but I did buy a new flavor- so hopefully will like the change.
And Gina I want chinese food tooooo
Great job with the protein shakes and less snacking.
I make my own Chinese food to be a little more in control of what's in it. I learned some tricks about prep when I worked at a Chinese restaurant as a teenager. Good stuff and about the only way I can get hubby to eat veggies.

Greek yogurt - pumpkin flavored
fried egg & bacon sandwich on 1 slice of pumpernickel toast
5 or 6 fries
mini Twix & mini Snickers
Syntax protein vanilla bean torte w/ a splash of cold coffee, HWC, water & ice. Sooo good.

fluids: 90+ oz.
