B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - buttered popcorn
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

How are things going with you Gina? Noreen how are things with you? I need a new protein shake I am going to see if my store carries that brand, thanks for sharing that. And missing Huneypie, I hope she is back soon lol but having a wonderful holiday.

Hope you are able to find the Syntax vanilla bean torte protein powder. It really tastes good.
