BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - white chicken chili
S - protein shake (30g)
S - NutThins w/spicy cream cheese
D - bunless burger with all the fixin's, 1/2 cup canned corn, 1/2 cup Ceasar salad and pumpkin spice cake for dessert
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: skipped

EXERCITES:
laundry, housework and cooking

Hi everyone, Happy Saturday 

Bites:

Strawberry protein powder, some peach yogurt,. 1/2 banana - protein shake

chinese food about 1/2 a plate - sesame chicken, veggies and rice

meat, cheese, and crackers

few chips and some cashews

chocolate protein coffee

Vites: all in

Exercites: not a lot lol

I had a good day overall, we are getting settled into the new place.

Missed you guys last night. I fell asleep super early. I just can't hang anymore.

Double protein decaf coffee

2 soft boiled eggs w/ bacon, 1/2 a corn muffin all smooshed together

Double protein decaf coffee

Chocolate covered almonds

cheese stick

salted almonds

shrimp w/ old bay seasoning dipped in melted butter

toppings removed from 3 slices of pepperoni pizza. Ate top portion of 1 crust

few cheese fries

Double protein decaf coffee

Ice cream bar

vites: all in

fluids: lacking a few oz. today. Maybe got 70 oz in.
