S - NutThins w/spicy cream cheese
D - bunless burger with all the fixin's, 1/2 cup canned corn, 1/2 cup Ceasar salad and pumpkin spice cake for dessert

chinese food about 1/2 a plate - sesame chicken, veggies and rice
meat, cheese, and crackers
few chips and some cashews
chocolate protein coffee

Exercites: not a lot lol

Missed you guys last night. I fell asleep super early. I just can't hang anymore.

shrimp w/ old bay seasoning dipped in melted butter
