Flapping in the wind

I just had my 6 month post op check and I hit the 100lbs lost mark. While I'm extremely excited about the loss, I am feeling really uncomfortable with the way my body is lose and flappy in some places. I was wondering what some of the toning exercises or tips you guys and gals have been using.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Congratulations on your loss! That is fantastic! I am only 2 months out, so I am looking forward to seeing where I will be in four months. I wish I could be of help on your question about toning, but I haven't gotten there yet. :)

Skin shrinks slowly for up to 2 years after massive weight loss.  Exercise can tone the muscles under the skin but there is no exercise or magic potion/lotion/cream/pill that will change the loose skin.  Sorry!
