BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and few leftover chicken tenders
S - popcorn
D - salad and fish nuggets?
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

Quick question are you taking B-50 Complex, if so, why? 

I just order some, in hopes it will help me with better circulation.  The only thing I believed I missed on Vitalady sheet.

I did at first to bring my levels up. The levels stay a little high so I've stopped the B-complex and depend on the multi and 1 separate B1 capsule every other day.

Yay, it's Wednesday... sad thing is I thought it was Friday for a moment this afternoon!!   Anyways, this made me LOL when I was searching for camel ajacent yesterday, which is a concept I really wish would take off.

You'd think that scientists could somehow tap into this - ie turning fat into water, not Tuesday being camel day adjacent!!

Hi everyone, I would have been on sooner but my internet wasn't working right this morning

Bites:
sausage, eggs, and 1/2 slice of toast

6 inch double meat and cheese sub

milkshake and small fries

very sad eating day, I was just really busy.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Another stressful day. My SIL was finally laid to rest. I made the 4.5 hr round trip alone. Hubs had to work. Good side was I got to listen to my favorite music really loud and I was dancing in my seat.  Made the time fly by.

Double protein decaf coffee

Cheddar cheese sticks

Lebanon bologna slices

Double protein decaf iced coffee

fried ham slice

more cheddar cheese

few corn tortilla chips

chocolate covered almonds

Lovely church ladies served dinner after the services -

cherry cobbler ( other SIL & I shared a small piece )

1/2 donut
