Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
2nd B - egg and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - Cheetos
L - leftover meat loaf
S - peanuts
S - Cheetos
D - Kung Pao chicken w/a little rice and a glass of wine
S - Cheetos

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: skipped

EXERCITES:
shopping

LOL, you overestimate my exploits when I travel... so long as I have my Kindle, I'm good to go (well OK, vits, protein toilettries,clothes, etc, etc).  I guess we might do a couple of day trips, but when we book one of DH's priorities is that the hotel have wifi!! 

I did a little packing today (I didn't properly unpack from the last hol, so the toilettries were already good to go).  I bundled up 3 weeks worth of vitamins and other than setting the iRobot to work, I've not been up to much.

You should have Noreen and I go with you on some of these vacays. We'd help you get out of the hotel...or maybe just to the bar more. lol

Enjoying the last day of my 10 day vacation. It's back to the grind tomorrow. Or maybe I can convince Huneypie to take me to Croatia with her????
