BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - small bowl of Cheetos
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
S - peanuts
D - large Greek salad and meat loaf with a hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Sleepy day today - thunder and lightening woke me at 5:30 this morning!! I did a spot of pre-holiday shopping, yep next week I'm off to Croatia - yay.  I've never been there before, but Dubrovnik looks very pretty.

Croatia! That sounds like a wonderful trip. Please let us know all the goodies when you get back. By goodies, I mean the fun stuff to you do and see while you're there.

Farmers market, shopping, lunch w/ GF.  It was a great day.

double protein decaf coffee

2 thick slices of Taylors ham, a fried egg & cheese on 1 slice of pumpernickel toast

Carrabbas for lunch:

Fried sausage/rice balls

salmon

sausage lentil soup

small piece of bread to dip in the olive oil mixture

3 caramels

 chocolate covered almonds
