B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - salad
S - JayRobb protein bar
D - chicken stir fry w/bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

Happy Wednesday, and if I could insert a picture, lol it would be of a camel, just saying.

Bites: 

meatlovers omelet with hashbrowns and rye toast

sausage with mac n cheese and peas

I now it looks bad but I will be back on track today

Vites: was all mixed up, and needed some extra sleeping pills due to overtired issue

Exercites: not a lot but a little walking and hauling of stuff

"What's the US conversion of 75 for your D3?  I remember Michelle (Vitalady) saying that our D3 needs to be over 70 in US measure."  I don't know about this one - I'll have to check my D against my last labs which I'll probably get round to doing on the weekend.  I'm just happy the number's OK.

Anyways I nearly forgot what day it was 'til I saw Sumundo's post, so here goes!!

Apparently for me, being on vacation means being lazy with my protein, and haphazard with the carbs. Not good. I need to be drawn and quartered for all the crap I ate today. SMH.

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese

Toppings off leftover piece of pepperoni pizza

very small bowl of rice Chex w/ lf milk

handful of chocolate covered almonds
