BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - 1/3 cup of chicken salad
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done
EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps plus some)

I got my labs back and upon initial viewing calcium does look like the only concern - it's 2.13 and the minimum should be 2.2. I'm upping my calcium from 8 to 10 batches a day by doing a few extra hourly batches rather than 2 hours apart. I'll be re-tested in a month's time, but it's held steady at that figure for about 6 months now.
My D was OK, surprisingly, with that sublingual stuff. Optimum is 75 and I got 74.8... they no longer offer a range.
I had a hankering for a jacket potato as everyone keeps eating them at work and they smell so good... unfortunately it left me hungry all afternoon and didn't taste as good as it smelt, so I won't be doing that again for a while

Dang! Your calcium doesn't make any sense. I know you're taking mag citrate, D3, K2 and lord knows what else to go with it. What's the US conversion of 75 for your D3? I remember Michelle (Vitalady) saying that our D3 needs to be over 70 in US measure.

Drove a lot of miles, 1,200, and had some good times. Ended with a great visit with Dad. Even got to take him out to lunch. Still on vacation from work. Yahoo!

Hi All , I'm here, I worked a grave shift then stayed in the city going to appts regarding the selling of the house, I got home this afternoon and laid down, but I am here lol
Bites:

omelet for breakfast today
Vites: will take bedtime soon
Exercites: hauling boxes into the new place
I will be on tomorrow, but the computers are going to be going over soon so I may have to miss a couple days
