this is a long one, I have been up for 24 hours -From Sunday morning at 8am to monday morning at 8am so off to bed from me, one more graveyard shift then back to regular life.
Bites:
strawberry protein shake
1 egg, 2 sausages, 1 slice toast, and some hashbrowns
1 piece of pizza
chips small lunch size bag
ice cream treat
meatloaf and potatoes with cream corn
gummy candy
dry ribs and 2 perogies
protein mocha coffee
orange
orange juice
Vites: all in
Exercites: nothing really
I am off to bed I work all night again tonight and I am exhausted, I hope everyone enjoys there Monday

Yep my D is in range according to the receptionist, but the doc's in range and my in range are probably different - I'll check the numbers for myself on Tuesday!! ;-)
Today was horrible trafficwise. It was foggy in the morning and the freeway was closed due to accidents. This happened on several different freeways causing horrible traffic delays. I gave up and worked from home for a few hours as sitting in traffic for hours wasn't going to help anyone.

Being able to work from is a great option for a lot of folks. I count lugging my lap top to and from the office as exercites.
