BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake
S - some leftover Chinese
D - fish nuggets and a hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking and crunches

Hello All

Bites:

mocha protein shake

English muffin with cheese and tator tots and an orange juice - restaurant

2 pieces of coffee cake

2 small bowls of soup - hamburger soup and corn chowder soup - made with a friend at her house

popcorn and diet pop and a chocolate bar- at the movies(way to much popcorn)

seafood fettichini with cheese toast ( eat the 4 shrimp and cheese toast) restaurant

So overall bad eating day, lots of carbs, low, low, low on the protein - I didn't care at the time but I may later about my choices

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Sometimes it feels like a constant effort to think protein and no carbs. Hang in there.

Hmm... can I take the copper an hour after calcium but an hour before iron?  You said to separate it out, but I'm running out of batches with 8 doses of calcium, 1 of iron and 1 of strontium.

Sorry if I already posted this pic before - I can't remember if I thought about it, or actually did!!

All you need is an hour separating your batches...it might help.

Love the picture. That's how I was feeling too.  lol
