3 years out, the gun show year
hey ds'ers!!! i jsut posted in the plastic forum (i need info lol) but i wanted to give my yearly update here too.
Three years out as of 9/19/11, happily maintaining 155 for two years, and now i'm gaining that muscle i've always wanted AND i'm standing a lot more straight and upright lol; this went far more beyond my original intent to 'lose weight, be healthy, and live longer for myself and be there for my kids.
