Did anyone have problems with insurance coding properly with LAP DS?

Did anyone have problems with insurance coding properly? Just dealt with a problem that insurance needed clarification due to CPT code 43659. my surgeon does the DS LAP with the da Vinci robot. Is there any other codes that can be used for a LAP DS in conjunction with that? Just curious if any of you have dealt with that?  I have anthem BCBS insurance and it is covered just has to be clarified how  it is done with codes and it seems like one needs clarified.
