I can't recommend this product personally because even with a DS, I still tend to be on the constipated side but I thought the information was worth passing on...

There is a new product called Butterfly Body Liners. It looks like a thin butterfly shaped pad (about the thickness of a Lightdays), and there are different versions for men and women.

But as it seems to be a concern to some people especially early out, I thought this may help them feel more secure. The only time it has been a concern for me was in the first few days after my DS before I realized I'd become lactose intolerant.
