B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
2nd B - egg and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - salad
D - shrimp nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Happy Sunday everyone,

Bites:
strawberry protein shake

turkey, stuffing, pot and gravy - small plate of leftovers for lunch

tomato and cucumber

muffin

hamburger, all the fixins - bbq'd by hubby

Vites: all in

Exercites: just going through boxes and sorting them out

feeling better about son moving out, house still feels empty, will take some getting use to

After I finished the housework, grocery shopping and laundry, I treated myself to a mani/pedi. Nice.

Turkey bacon

cheddar cheese sticks

Insides of an Italian hoagie. No roll.

small slice of coffee cake

greek yogurt

Homemade chicken tenders - very light breading
