I take Garden Of Eden's Primal Defense Ultra. 3x a day and a Digestive Advantage - gas relief, around noon time each day. The probiotic was good, but the DA gas is what hit it home for me.

Cut back on sugar. Sugar feeds the gas. I'm using 2 types of probiotics too.  One is a prescription strength and one is the Garden of Life Primal Defense Ultra.

I love clam chowder, she crab soup and lobster bisque.  I just wish they didn't use wheat to thicken most brands.
