B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - tuna salad
S - popcorn
S - protein shake (30g)
D - bunless chili cheese dogs
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I tried zumba tonight.  I didn't get too hot and bothered but that's probably coz I wasn't co-ordinated enough to following the moves very well!!   It was fun and I'll probably do it again next week.  I'm really sleepy now though... Mondays hurt!!
