BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g)  and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - popcorn
L - bowl of chili
S - CarbSmart ice cream
D - 2 slices of thin crust meat lovers pizza and a hard cider
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
laundry and hauling the dog back and forth to the groomer

Hey Gina, what kind of dog do you have??

Well my son has moved out, lots of tears and sadness mixed with uncertainty, this is going to be a tough time but had to happen, I just could live like that anymore. 

Bites:
Protein shake

spinach and egg omelet

breakfast bar

sandwich- lettuce, meat, cheese, and tomato

cup of soup with cracker

turkey, pot, gravy, stuffing, cranberries, and salad

mocha protein shake

Vites: all in

Exercites: lots of moving of boxes and furniture

back to work today but for those that are off, enjoy the weekend

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

We have a very cowardly shih tzu but he did well this morning going inside and getting looked over by the groomer.

Dinner was great last night - very yummy chicken chasseur.  I went to bed at gone midnight and slept in 'til 09:30!!  OK I was up at 6am to pee and take strontium, but was really surprised that I went back to sleep.

Anyways, today I tidied some, did laundry and set the iRobot to work.  I love weekends!!
