BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g)  and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing to work at the computer all day

Hi everyone, happy Wed. to all

Didn't write down yesterday so I have to go by memory, not my strong suit

2 protein mocha coffee

nuts

yogurt

pizza pop

diet pepsi

grilled cheese sandwich

2 ice cream treat in the evening

Thats all I remember at the moment - I will write it down today

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

I"m going to check out the new place today after work just to check out space

Oh dear, I ate so much chocolate this morning... someone bought some chocolate for the office and I couldn't help myself... I still won't get diarrhea as that just won't happen when you're consuming the stupid amounts of calcium and iron I am!!    Oh well laxatives as ever I guess!

You'd think after so many years I'd be tired of the same breakfast each morning. Nope. Still look forward to eating bacon.
