D - chicken stir fry with bok choy and bamboo shoots

Exercites: none - Hopefully can fit some workouts in even with the move
I have today and tomorrow off so I have to get moving and get some more sorting and packing done. Went and looked at the place we are renting and it is smaller then I remembered, so I will be taking less stuff with me. We also will not be taking our son who is 22 he will be moving out and in with his brother for awhile. Can I say Woo Hoo, It is time for him to sink or swim on his own two feet. So it is just hubby and I making the move.

Ugh - chocolate had me up since 3am kinda... I had to get up to pee and then an hour later I decided to get up as my 'morning wake up call' was earlier today due to all that sugar!! I then went back to bed, didn't sleep and finally got up at 5:30!! Needless to say I did better dietwise today!!

I had a rough night and wee hours of the morning too. Sounds like we both do better with moderation. I switched around some of my probiotics today and have done much better.
