B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g)  and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - popcorn shrimp from Popeyes
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

I had to eat ice cream today as I messed up my grocery delivery and got the goods delivered while I was at the dentist!!  I had to arrange to have the goods left in the back garden and the ice cream started to melt and of course you can't re-freeze it.  It was SF protein ice cream and it was yum!

I'm pooped though and am heading off to bed early!!   I hope you enjoyed your day's holiday.
