Any Alaskans?

Good morning and good day to everyone!

I'm new to the forum and in the beginning stages of the DS process. 

I have determined that the DS is for me and that I will likely be traveling to Mexico to have it performed.

I am interested in connecting with Alaskans who have gone this route in having the DS and if there are any PCPs that could be recommended.

I'm new to Anchorage and have yet to establish medical care but would like to find a PCP who is knowledgeable and willing to work with DS patients who have gone out of the country.

Up on the forums menu, there are groups for each state.  You may find some locals in there, too.

 That was the first place I went actually. Unfortunately, the Alaska forum hasn't had any action I'm awhile so I opted for the general DS forum.  

I also reached out to an Alaskan DSer on FB and asked her to poke her head in :)
