BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
2nd B -protein coffee (30g), egg and bacon
S - 
L - protein shake (30g) and a large salad
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
D - homemade taco salad and a hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: skipped

EXERCITES:
none...didn't get to the closets and drawers as I planned

Happy Sunday everyone,

Bites:

strawberry protein drink

mocha protein drink

2 sausages, 1 egg and some fried potatoes and 1 slice of toast

cinnamon bun - restaurant

hotdog

mocha protein drink

popcorn twists

Vites: all in

Exercites: helped with moving boxes, etc 

My home gym is gone, but glad it went to my son. The basement in 95% empty, which is wonderful- now hubby can divide and conquer- the stuff in the yard and the stuff put in the storage container.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Good for you with your proposed exercites.  It's amazing how little 'stuff' you can survive with when you're on holiday - why can't I survive with that little when I'm back home!! ;-)

Today was the day of tackling projects. Painted bedroom & bath ceilings, washed all the comforters, did a major house cleaning. I'm tuckered out.

Double protein decaf coffee

Bacon sandwich w/ lots of bacon, lots of mayo on 1 slice of rye toast

cheese sticks

Double protein decaf coffee

3 beef teriyaki sticks

Double protein decaf coffee

Mini cheesecake (from DH work)

1/2 ice cream bar

Double protein decaf iced coffee

2 grilled hot dogs only are 1/2 a whole wheat roll

few forkfuls of potato salad

1/2 ear of grilled corn

Double protein decaf iced  coffee

handful of Goldfish crackers

Double protein decaf iced coffee

Vites: all in

Fluids: 90+ oz.
