S - fresh salsa and Scoops
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - cookout...steak, Caesar salad, little red taters and a hard cider
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:

Was suppose to be a big day here but it is raining so that might put an end to it, cant really haul things from the basement outside. So may have to wait til next weekend. I am going to look over my move date to I think Sept 16 is to soon when we have til Sept 25th. I need more time, lol.

Nice relaxing day today - I set the iRobot off to vacuum a few rooms (everything has to be removed from the floor and I put the dining chairs on the table) and other than some laundry that's been it - bliss.
