Has anyone ever had or heard of anyone getting a revision to lengthen their common channel to eliminate terrible horrible bad breath?

well yesterday I got a phone call from Lora Lee , Dr. Ikromuddins nurse and she had some bad news, we needed to reschedule my surgery date to Oct. 6th instead of the 1st. I was pretty bummed out but I guess it is only 5 more days too wait.

Never heard of that. Have you explored the possibility of a bacterial imbalance?

Revisions to the common channel can certainly be done, but they are not needed very often, and I have never heard of this major surgery being done for this reason. I am sorry you are going through this, and hope your surgeon can suggest some solution short of major surgery. Probiotics, maybe?? I don't know.

I hope this cures your problem. Never heard of anyone doing this for bad breath before. I hope you have checked out everything else first before surgery.
