BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of cinnamon, 3-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - pork stir fry w/bok choy, snow peas, and bean sprouts and a glass of wine
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Hello all, good day

Bites:

Mocha protein coffee

cutlet, potatoes, and cream corn - hubby made lunch while I was out getting my hair done, so came home to a big meal

mixed nuts, oranges - two small ones that had to get eaten

7-8 gummy candy - from a co-worker

chinese noodles

slurpee pop

lunch size bag of chips

mocha protein shake - my new favorite, I am trying for two a day. 

Vites: all in

Exercites: none - still waiting for the stomach to heal up- it is still tender

on a side note: the storage container got delivered today and we got confirmation about the apt we are going to rent, we are in, we qualified. So the packing has to begin, my sons are all coming home tomorrow to help pack and take some stuff, goodbye treadmill, I think that is the hardest thing I have to let go of, but the building we are moving into has a gym. I am off work for a couple days so I have lots to do.

It felt like a long week even though it was only a 4 day one and the traffic was good as the kids are still off.  Despite all that, I fell asleep on the couch at 5pm - I only had about 20 minutes, but really??  The cat below looks how I feel!!

Huneypie, you sure nailed it with the kitty picture. My hair even looks like that right about now. Whoo, glad the long weekend is finally here.

L grilled chix + salad

D 4 homemade meatballs (DS friendly) + peppers

S 6 bacon + cheese

RX/vit/min on schedule.....I have to start walking again...hope all have a great weekend!!!
