BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Scoops w/melted cheese
D - pot roast and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Well my stomach was still sore and at times painful today but I think the worst is over as I sit here this morning.

Bites:

Protein Mocha shake

1/2 banana

fish and chips

muffin

peanut butter and jelly sandwich

grapes, cheese and crackers

Protein mocha shake

Vites: all in

Exercites: chair yoga for an hour - not a smart thing to do with a tender sore tummy

Thats it, I hope I don't have anymore pain and discomfort today. and just a side note applied for an apt and rented a storage container for hubby, so some stuff is done, we have to be out by Sept 25.

I am soo lovin' my Revitive - my feet are in heaven. 

I'm not getting my butt in gear to workout, but I am enjoying my brisk lunch times walks.  I definitely don't stroll, so I'm sure the speed is doing me nothing but good and it's nice to get out while the weather's still okayi**** feels like Autumn already!!

Chicken salad - used and ate one whole breast. Nice protein count.

hi everyone....

things are going well...day 4 of 20 g CHO and doing well......I am starting to eat less, I think with the low carb appetite suppression

B 2 eggs 2 bacon

L grilled chix with salad

D chourice with peppers and cukes

s ham and cheese roll ups

SF popsicle (I know I should get rid of that)

all rx/vit/min on schedule
