Well I made it through the night, I get a very bad stomach ache  once every two years and yesterday it was my turn, it started at 3:30 pm and ended at 2:00 am - It is similar I think to the dumping syndrome. I have spasms in my  stomach and into my back which are very painful, I can't really move without being in pain. Hubby ran me a bath and it stopped the spasms for a while, but it was a long very painful night, I usually go to the hospital but last time they told me they were unable to help me and that I knew it would pass and I just had to wait it out. So here I am this morning tender but much better.

Bites:

Strawberry protein shake

Mocha protein shake

Celery and pb

carrots

salad

nuts

cupcake

chicken and potatoes and corn

Vites: all in

Exercites: 40 min video

Switched my vit C and no barfing last night... I still think the 2 are linked.

I used my Revitive on my feet only once today and my feet felt a lot better at the end of the day.  I think I really need to use it twice a day for it to really help, but there was a definite difference!!
