Ok, lab gurus - I need your help. First worksheet is my latest labs compared to past labs, second sheet is my current vitamin schedule. My doctor said my labs were great. I was like you have got to be kidding me. And he forgot to order Vitamin A and B-1.

Do you get infusions for your iron? Looks like it's getting to be that time again. What about taking a couple of Proferrin Forte to help keep the iron up and add some folic acid?
I struggle to keep selenium down too. It's in our multies and we don't seem to process it out of our systems very well...similar to B6 it just hangs around forever once we get the numbers up.
I would ask about getting B1 (thiamine) checked. I have to supplement B1 but had to stop the B-complex ages ago.
B12 and Vitamin D3 could be higher. Have you thought about adding vitamin K2 to help with the D3?
Looks like vitamin K1 is going in the right direction but still too low.
I have to take zinc separately from everything else to keep that level up.
Looks like you might want to add a couple of protein shakes or more eggs to get the albumin up. You want that one in the 4s.
Calcium and PTH look very nice as does AST and ALT...I'm jealous!
