B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]

L - protein shake (30g)

D - fish nuggets, coleslaw and corn bread
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Ok look at this, I tracked and exercised and feel so proud, my portions are a bit to big but it is a start
Bites:
Strawberry protein shake
Mocha protein shake
Trail mix and grapes
Greek salad
Crackers and cheese
Wieners and beans
Chocolate protein shake
Vites: all in
Exercites: 40 minute video in the morning and 10 min treadmill in the evening - it is a start

Weird, I barfed again last night about an hour after eating and about about 5 minutes after taking copper, iron, vit C. I'm suspecting the vit C as it's a sublingual that I've been taking for about a week now. I switched and took the the sublingual at lunch and I'm gonna try an effervescent one at bedtime (good way to get extra fluid in methinks). I used to take a tablet, but ran out.
It's weird - twice in the space of week and it happens right at bedtime which is when I take iron, copper & vit C. The iron and copper haven't changed in over a year - same brand.
