BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)

B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - egg and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - salad and a protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - steak stir fry with snow peas, bamboo shoots and mushrooms
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: skipping

EXERCITES:
None

Bites: I blow it alot today, so I know how bad this looks


mocha protein shake

cupcake - from coworker

popcorn twists - from coworker

nuts - from coworker

turkey sandwich - mine lol

muffin  - from boss

chocolate bar - mine

chicken nuggets, mac n cheese 

2 cookies

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

That was my day yesterday, I was hungry all day, well til noon anyway ate lots in the morning - I am planning today to be better.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

If start early with carbs, I go all day with them too.

hi all first time posting on bites and vites...I would appreciate any help with my regain.... I have been eating too many carbs so I am trying to get rid of them!!!  thanks

I think it went pretty good, the indulgence I had was the SF popsicle (after dinner also) but all in all, very good, and the VSL#3DS I am on day 3 and it is going great, not sure if it is that or the low carbing or combo of both...but I feel a lot better....now just keep going....THANKS!!!

OK, it's time to get my butt in gear - I'm gonna start doing some workouts from Youtube.  Exercising is meant to help the circulation and therefore help your feet and ankles ache less which mine have been lately.

My Revitive arrives on Monday, so I plan on using that when it arrives and also doing some light workouts - Caribbean Workout methinks... I can't help but like those workouts!

Sounds like a good plan. A Caribbean workout would involve a beach with lots of sand and waves, right?
