B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - a salad
D - leftover stir fried chicken and bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Have gained 27 lbs since January. Working to get back "in control!"

Lunch: Ham roll-ups (Boar's Head Sweet Slice Ham spread with cream cheese/green olive spread and rolled up), 1/2 cup sliced Cucumber
Snack: Chicken Salad with celery
Dinner: Fuzzy Navel protein drink

Vites: Melaleuca Vitality Total for Women 50+ AM and PM

Last night I got the foamies big time. It was over 2 hours after I finished eating for the day, I hadn't drunk loads during those couple of hours, but I'd drunk loads of water throughout the day so I was on 96+ oz. I had a glass of water with my bedtime iron, copper and sublingual vit C. About 5 minutes after that I started hyper salivating and I knew what was about to happen.
It's the 2nd time in 4 years since I got sleeved and the other time is coz I drank too much water. It was very odd and not much came up as there wasn't much to come up. IDK!!

I see we have a new poster. Welcome.
It amazes me to see 78, 135 views each day and only 4 of us post. I remember when I was a fresh DSer being too afraid to post. The board has changed so much over the years. Maybe it's just me, I feel it's much kinder, understanding, and knowledgable then 5 yrs ago.
It would be nice to see and get more ideas from what others are eating.
