B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - grilled bratwurst and a salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

So I thought this was for people on maintenance.  I'll post. here is my plan for 2day

b protein shake

S1 2 slices bacon

l 2oz chicken 1 tks light mayo

S2 piece 2% cheese

d 2oz kielbasa

s3 protein drink

exercise 40 Min walk

votes currently doing patches. plus took first iron and will take other one at s2

RNY 2000 - HW 400 - LW 140 

Maintained 180 for 7 yrs regained to 300

DS 7/8/14 with Dr Roslin

Good day everyone,

Bites:

Mocha protein coffee

meatballs, ham, scalloped potatoes and a bit of veggies - bite size piece of cake for dessert

spaghetti and meat sauce

ice cream

peanuts

couple candy

cheezies small amount

chips

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

not a great food day, I find it hard when I am tired and unorganized. Today we are apt hunting this morning and then getting tires on the car this afternoon so a busy day today.

Today I think I grazed for both us... I had some chocolate - it's sooo yum!! 

I also skipped most of my vites except zinc which they're not meant to be drawing and if they do then I have to remember this time as last they said they weren't taking zinc I didn't skip it and then my levels were, so note to zinc - IGNORE ZINC RESULTS RECEIVED IN THE NEXT MONTH!!  I got 2 batches of calcium in after the draw was done.

They were doing the ones they missed last time - they did 5 vials today and they're not re-doing zinc, B12 and a couple of others.
