B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and fresh salsa and Scoops
S - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - peanuts
D - stir fried chicken and bok choy
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Well I am going to start writing down what I am eating during the day, I honestly don't remember everything I had yesterday. So I will do the best I can with remembering

Bites:

chocolate/coffee protein shake

6 inch double meat sub

lemonade and donut - Tim Hortons

sausage, mac n cheese and green beans

ice cream

That pretty much does it

Vites: all in

Exercites: none 

House sale should go through today, or at least the conditions from the bank for the buyers, so we should hear something today. Other then that I am good

Achey shins today from a 5 minute sprint - I now remember the pain I used to get in my shins when I was a running club member.  I couldn't get rid of the pain no matter how much I stretched or what terrain I ran on or what sneakers I used!  I knew exercise was bad for you!!

Happy Hump Day!  

Try running in combat boots on cobblestone. Ugh, the pain afterwards was terrible...hip joints, knees, shins, and feet. A couple of years after that particular school they changed the rules and let us start running in civilian running shoes rather than boots.
