If you aren't already taking it, you might want to add vitamin K2 to your morning and evening vitamin batches. It seems to help with vitamin D3 absorption, which helps bone health. My dietitian and I played around with it and have come up with a dose of 4 - 150 mcg capsules of Vitalady vitamin K2 a day.
You also might want to add another protein shake or 2 to bring up the albumin. If you can't handle shakes, then more eggs and dairy.
You can add milk thistle to help with liver health but yours may be high due to the big doses of dry D3.
How much iron are you taking and what form? My liver enzymes shot up when my ferritin got too high and I was still taking carbonyl iron.

I will add the vitamin k2. I'm taking K1 1000 mcg.
At this time I don't take any additional iron except what is in my multi-vitamin. I didn't know about milk thistle for liver health. In past my D3 was down to 24 and it increased when I added the 50,000 3 times a day. Since then my D3 has stayed up.
I'm adding additional shakes. I found that I like the Syntrax Matrix® 5.0 Perfect Chocolate. I like a mid-morning shake.
To get your PTH down, you need to add more calcium and more D3. I have to take my dry vits in the middle of the night. I take calcium 6x/day. My latest PTH was 29, D3 89 (kaiser is having fits because it's high). I'm only taking 1-50k D3 with a 25k A and 400 E.
