L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets, fresh tomato and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Just got home off the graveyard shift and I am super tired

creamcheese pancakes and 2 eggs
roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy with a spoon of peas
mocha protein shake
2am snap peas and mixed nuts
3am - small can chunky soup - not good
4am yogurt
7:30 am mocha protein shake
off to bed

I went out for lunch today, but had to run back into the office as I forgot something and nearly died from the running... OK maybe a slight exaggeration, but exercise is not good for you IMO!! ;-)
The weather has cooled so it's possible to go out for a walk at lunch without getting hot and bothered - yay!

I took the day off. Nice weather. Played in my garden, sat on my deck w/ a few protein coffees, gave myself a manicure.

1/2 scrapple sandwich w/ cheese (Gina will read this as a haggis sandwich. LOL)

blue cheese stuffed burger - no bun

few spoonfuls of baked beans
