Hi guys, 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - fried chicken, a little coleslaw and hush puppies (corn bread) 
S - cheese crackers
D - chili
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

Happy Friday, I still have some of my grandkids, one went home, he is not 2 yet and was missing his mommy and so was I, lol so I am taking the last two home today. It has been a fun, busy and expensive week, but I am excited to get back into a routine and even back to work. I am glad to be back here to, I need to get tracking again, yesterday was not a great eating day but ended up good.

Bites:

2 pieces french toast, 2 eggs, 2 pieces bacon and 2 sausages ( restaurant)

2 slices ham rolled up with a cheese slice

2 protein shakes, 1 strawberry and 1 with mixed fruit

Vites: all in

Exercites: swimming, walking

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Yay - it#s the weekend and only 1 week 'til the bank holiday (that means we get the last Monday in August off in England).  I know, I'm wishing the whole week away now. ;-)

We're looking forward to Labor Day and the kids going back to school. Well, kids going back to school not so much...the traffic gets much worse. Ugh!
