D - stir fry chicken and bok choy
S - popcorn

S - 1 boiled egg, and sausage link
S - Grapes, and 1 slice pineapple
Lunch - Smoke Turkey wrapped in a high fiber, low carb, 100% wheat bread, spring lettues, and tomatoe - NO cheese
S - Pieces of roastery chicken
D - wheat crackers and peanut butter ....yum
S- (2) 12 ounce decaf coffee with lactose intolerant creamer...so relaxing.
Need to take Mid batch of Vitamins

I had a reply yesterday but I forgot to hit submit - dah!!!
Not the greatest day proteinwise - I was in an all day course and ate the muffin I was offered (it could've been worse... I coulda had 2). At least I skipped out of having sandwiches for lunch and got chicken from the canteen.
Anyway - it's that day... there's a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel!! What a shame they just don't get hump day in England.
