Hit my dr goal.....pics included
Hi everyone!
in a few short days I will be 9 months out from my ds and just hit my dr goal of 100 pounds lost! I feel great! I have had no issues and and thrilled I chose this surgery! I have followed the vita lady vites and have had very good labs so far ...only low d and I have been vale to get that back up lately...
For the first time in my adult life my BMI is in the normal range!
This was taken last weekend with my hubby!
