Hi guys,
It's supposed to be raining all day, so most likely no golf. We're going to hit the mall and have lunch with a friend in town.  

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 
L - a few nachos and salsa and chicken Caesar salad
S - protein shake (30g)
D - leftover bunless burger
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

Exercites:walked and played at the park and in the backyard with the sprinkler I could class that as running

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
