 Cheddar cheese sticks

Turkey & Swiss roll ups with pickle spears

mini carrots

few chips

mini size Milky Way

double protein decaf iced coffee

pepperoni crisps

double protein decaf coffee

Fried egg sandwich w/ bacon on 1 slice rye toast

few home fries

small scoop of ice cream

handful of peanuts

double protein decaf iced coffee

vites: working in the last batch

fluids: 90+ oz.
