***Monday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Hi guys,
Hubby plays golf and I drive the cart and tend the green. I get some good walking done since he plays the mountain course. Several holes have about 50 steps to climb to reach the green...we won't talk about the walks to look for the ball in the woods. 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - another protein coffee
S - peanuts
L - 2 White Russians, a few bites of a bunless burger and fries
S - popcorn
D - protein shake (30g)
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
walking

Hi,

Do you walk in miles, if so how many miles per day and week you walk?

On a normal day I walk about 2 miles a day. I do laps around my building at work.

That is really awesome.  I enjoy working at the park near my house.  I need to do it more often but these rainy days threaten that chance.

Have fun on your vacation Gina, I am starting mine today, so I will not be checking in over the next week, I get the kids today til Friday for sure, and I just am not going to worry about tracking this week. And we have excepted an offer on the house today, so we will be going through home inspections etc for the next few weeks, but I will chat with you all again next Saturday = Have a great week everybody, - I will miss you Huneypie and Noreen, be good

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

The part about driving the golf cart sounds good... hunting for golf balls, not so much.
