Yup...Anal Fissure

Right there with you!!! I just picked up my nitro cream and am hoping it helps!! My surgeon says it's the increased bile in DS patients that causes the fissures. I wish there was a cure because this is horrible!! Only complaint on my end so far!!!

Hmm, then it is the acidic state of our poo. I figured as much. I am going to do some research on natural ways to bring that acidic poo to its knees. I will post if I find anything. 

Please do, i am 4 months out and have frequent "upset stomachs" with loose bile like poop (sorry too much info) I am thankful you mentioned the vitamin increase, I have been very non compliant with my vitamin intake and you motivated me to start taking them. thanks

Yes it helps and yes it is PA8ÑFUL MOST IN MY LIFE. THERE IS HOPE BUT BE CAREFUL ONCE YOU HAVE ONE WEAKENS TISSUE AND EASIER TO GET ANOTHER! GOOD LUCK
