BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup of peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - fresh salsa and Scoops
D - shrimp nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: skipping
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending 

EXERCITES:
walking (2 laps)

Drat - you just made me realize that ALT and AST were missing from my last set of labs!!  :-S  The earliest I can get in to see a doc is 2 weeks' time, so I'll probably hang on to get my D and PTH done 'til then - thanks for the prompt!! 

Am I allowed this pic?  It's Thursday evening in the UK so I think it's fair game!!

If you want to send me some of your will power I'll take some - I had some wine gums today and saw the dentist... he encourages SF sweets - my bowels seem to be fine with the SF gum, but I won't try others as they've caused me issues in the past.

On the up side he said that my gums had improved and I explained that it was thanks to the flagyl... I wonder if gums and bowels are somehow related.  I had issues with both at the same time and flagyl fixed both!?

Do you count how many scoops of salsa you have, or you just enjoy?

Also do you count miles, if so how many miles you walk and how often?
