BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup of peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - chili
D - leftover Chinese food
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: skipping (Got labs back ferritin is too high and I need to cut back on the iron)

EXERCITES:
none

Hello everyone, Happy Tuesday

Bites:
protein mocha shake - chocolate protein powder and coffee. - getting use to it

1/2 banana

2 scrambled eggs, some bacon, some fried potatoes a slice of french toast with sf syrup and a reg slice of toast with sf jam

orange

ice cream sandwich

bowl of cereal

small bowl of canned mixed fruit

cookie

grilled ham and cheese sandwich with a bowl of mushroom soup with crackers

ham, cheese, pickles and crackers (3)

chocolate bar

diet pop 2

Vites: all in

Exercise: did a mile walking video with a friend

NOT very proud of my day today, this is day 2 for eating everything and anything. I plan to get on track today for sure. My exercise partners pretty much bailed on me for this week except for Thursday so l will be on my own. I am going to get this

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Darn - how can we celebrate Tuesday... I know, with a cute picture!! ;-)

I've got SF gum arriving tomorrow - yay!!  It's half the price from Amazon compared to the corner store... I'm sorry for the little guys but 50% off is too big a difference.

Awww! Cat cooties. lol

I got labs back...they missed a few that I was interested in. {Sigh} Redraw!  Ferritin too high. Calcium and PTH, perfect. B vitamins too high. They missed vitamin K1 and osteocalcin. Vitamin D was a little lower than last time but still high enough. AST and ALT liver enzymes way too high. {Double sigh}
