B - 2 protein coffees (60g) [heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder, 3 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, 3 oz water and enough coffee to fill a 20 ounce blender bottle to the tip top X 2]
2nd B - egg and bacon
S - protein coffee (30g) and Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1/3 cup of peanuts
L - taco salad and a protein shake (30g)
S - 1/3 cup peanuts
D - beef chuck roast
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
heme iron: pending
EXERCITES:
cleaned out my closet

Hello everyone, Happy Sunday - I hope everyone is having a relaxing day
Bites:
Protein shake with strawberries
peanut butter and jelly sandwich
yogurt
peas and cucumbers - from farmers market
crackers with left over pb and jelly (about 6)
ice cream treat - Dairy Queen after work
Homemade hamburger and leftover perogies for supper
Vites: all in
Exercites: none today
It was busy at work, one more day to go then off on Monday which is a holiday here, so I will be kicking back and relaxing with hubby.

I clocked 2.8 miles and plan to do at least 1/2 hour of yoga before going to the theatre to see SPAMALOT tonight! At least that's the plan!

That seems like mostly food with a lot of carbs. Do you have to do that to regulate the hypoglycemia?

I cleaned out my closet and tried on clothes and shoes until I got dizzy and had to finish up quick. I don't know how you do ll that you do.

Today I re-doubled my efforts re carbs and had 3 protein shakes at 2 hourly intervals and the results were not good. It was like being a noob, as in liquid in, liquid out!! :-S I'll stick to a protein shake in the morning and one in the afternoon at most.
DH sent me this vid that had me in tears of laughter, the meanie!! LetOneGo!!

I agree, it was a great relaxed Sunday, after I finished the closet. Hubby went to play golf and I had the house to myself and only shared it with the dog.
